gulp. How to add comment to minified css file?

The task merges and minifies several css files. Minification removes all comments. And that's great. The only thing that is not great is that you need to save one single comment at the very beginning of the minified css file. How can I do that? Maybe somehow add this line inside the file using a separate task? If so, how? And if not, what other options might there be?
