GTK Windows themes how?

The question is: on the computer that compiled the graphical application on GTK 2.0, everything is displayed normally, when I drag it to another computer, the whole application starts to look like in Windows 95. I googled and found out that the theme of GTK applications is set by the gtkrc file. But the problem is that if I transfer this file from

C:\Qt\Qt5.4.1\Tools\mingw491_32\share\themes\MS-Windows\gtk-2.0\
even in the folder with the program itself, everything starts to be displayed crookedly. I tried to copy the entire themes, share ... folders to the folder with the executable. Result 0 - crookedly displayed. Everything works fine only if this file is located at the path indicated above.

@LittleBuster

It was necessary to remove all dlls from the folder with the exe program, then the PATH to gtk / bin is determined correctly

Maybe I don’t understand something, but what does Golang have to do with Qt + MingW, and what does Qt have to do with GTK? You obviously have some kind of mess.
