Graphs in .NET? Ask for recommendations?

I ran into a search problem, which in my vision should be perfectly solved by a graph database. There is an opportunity to allocate a month for such a study.
Please recommend a good database engine with an API for .NET that works out of the box. Something like Neo4j for Java. There must be a commercial license for closed development. It is highly desirable that the product is already used in live applications.
At the moment I'm trying a bunch of Neo4j + RestSharp + Neo4jClient . I built a small test application and while it fills the base for further experiments, I am looking for an alternative that would work without the Java virtual machine and data transfer via REST.
Calculation for 10kk vertices and about 100kk edges for the first year, with data growth of 10% every year.
