Graphic tablet + GTK. Wrong canvas width

Good day!
I am the owner of a cheap Chinese tablet. When I try to draw in GTK applications (under Windows), in particular GIMP and MyPaint, the image shrinks to the left side of the canvas, (i.e. GTK incorrectly calculates the screen width or something like that), the application is set to " screen".

In order to make it more clear what I'm talking about, I'm attaching a screenshot (the cursor is actually located approximately where I put the red dot, and the editor thinks that it is at the extreme right point of the line). Native windows apps work fine. What is the reason for this behavior of GTK?
