Graphic editor with shifted cursor for iPad. Exist?

We are looking for a graphics editor for the iPad with a “cursor” that is offset relative to touch.
The finger / stylus is thick, small details are not visible behind it, making adjustments is problematic.
Something needs to be done about it.
I saw programs for remote connection to desktops. There, the problem of controlling a small cursor was solved by placing a special control area next to it, where you can conveniently put your finger without closing the cursor itself.
