Grandsream Forwarding when not answering an external number, how to set it up?

Good afternoon!
I have the following IP PBX GRANDSTREAM UCM6202 with the latest firmware
Please tell me how to implement the following:
incoming call from the trunk - IP PBX - internal number - (no answer 10 seconds) - forwarding to an external cell phone number?

Why don't you want to do forwarding by means of a subscriber phone?
