GPU Video Converter Mac OS?

Hello Comrades!
Tell me, if anyone knows, a video converter that uses a GPU, which at the output can produce an edible format for PSP GO.
MacOS version required.
Of course, Free is desirable, but if this does not happen, tell me what is!
Thank you!

erlyvideo is wrong. In my work, I encode video in final cut pro in full hd with maximum quality, and for all sorts of YouTubes and other garbage dumps, in a couple of minutes I create high-quality and small copies using AMD Avivo video converter.
Under the poppy, I really do not know the software.

PSP GO understands standard MPEG-4. Therefore, the best converter is the native QuickTime. In the Pro version, of course. To do this, you need to register it.

The question must be asked differently. "Does anyone know a video converter that uses GPU"?
No. There are currently no good video encoders on PC that use GPUs. Everything, including hardware accelerators in the form of USB things, performs worse than libx264
