Google Swiffy has been shut down. How now to pack a banner into one html file?

Hello.
Google recently shut down their Swiffy service, which converted SWF banners into a single HTML file.
Many advertising platforms have not yet reacted to this, although some of them allowed HTML5 banners only after conversion via Swiffy, or by analogy (all resources and images in one HTML file).
The volume of banners to be made is large. Manually coding without canvas, etc. - not an option.
Adobe Flash/Animate creates a lot of unnecessary JS files and all that when exporting (although this option is also accepted by many advertising sites in the form of a zip archive).
Actually the question is how to make, convert or something else FLA / SWF into one HTML file (html5)?
What are the alternatives? Help out :)

Also interested. From what I tried - online converters, converter programs like Sotnik Decompiler, programs for creating html5 creatives (except for Animate I also looked at Google Web Designer) - none of them can create a single html file. Direct ambush.

There is a plug-in for Adobe Flash - Export to HTML5 (Swiffy), the so-called "extension". I think you can find and download in the open spaces

After 3 days of searching for solutions, I settled on Sotnik - SWF Decompiler. There is an option to export swf to html5

Flash is no more. It makes no sense to use it to make advertising banners and look for ways to convert them later. There are great tools - Google Web-designer or Adobe Edge Animate. They do a great job with banners for sites. Prepare files with banners in acc. with site requirements for HTML banners, pack it into a zip archive and give it to the site.
