Google spreadsheets - enable link access with api in google-api-php-client?

Is it possible in google spreadsheets to enable link access via api? If so, please poke your nose into the method.
If anything, here is the create method: https://developers.google.com/sheets/api/reference... . Maybe there is a secret setting in it.
I work through google-api-php-client-2.2.0 in php.
