Google's own contact templates, options?

In Google contacts, it is possible to add your own fields - super, but adding fields every time is hemorrhoids and the probability of error is high,
Business and Standard contact templates have appeared since 2011, but you cannot manage the fields in them.

Who knows what options?
What I see:
