Google Play Console identity verification, how long to wait for a response?

I registered in the google play console as a developer, made a contribution and at the stage of identity confirmation a surprise awaited me, I need to enter the company data.

At first I was very surprised, I read on the forums that it is not necessary to be an individual entrepreneur or have a company in order to upload games to the play market, I read the instructions, everyone uploads passport photos, but mine is completely different.

I wrote to the TP (in English) in the yard on November 21 that they say I am a private person, I do not have a company (it is), how can I confirm my identity.

Why , and most importantly, why a new account was created, and even on a legal person, I don’t understand, I paid for everything from my card, which is attached to the physical account. faces, the history of purchases since 2014 is also stored there.
