Google+ page for website?

I'm making a small portal. I want to add my site to google+ for better indexing and SEO. I have done this before, but Google likes to constantly redesign interfaces and functionality. I'm a little confused. What to choose?
-Brand Page
-Google Business
If my memory serves me, there was no such division before (I could be wrong). It was enough to create a page, choose a product/brand, business/place, entertainment/sport and you're done.
