Google maps upgrade, how to do it, what is needed, is it possible?

I would like to make an addition to google maps, or an application that uses google maps, which builds its route between two points, for each street I want to set the cost of the path. it will be Count. Can you suggest what you need to know. Thank you more.

You can use OSRM, or similar, to build a route, and display this data already on google maps
