Google maps: how to switch from built-in map to maps.google?

Maps from Google are built into the site through the JS API.
I would like to implement a couple of things:
1. When you click on the built-in map, go to maps.google.com. Maps embedded via iframe have a "Zoom Map" link, how can I get such a link when using the JS API?
2. By clicking on the text (on the left side of the screenshot), go to maps.google.com. The coordinates of the place are known, but the option with a link like https://google.ru/maps/@28.0825138,-16.7315273,17z... is not suitable because the marker is not shown on the large map in this case.
