Fonts are not loaded. What could be the problem.

Open the developer panel.
Maybe the problem is that you are somehow blocked from accessing some Google IP addresses. So it was in Kazakhstan, for many of their resources.

By the way, this is another bold argument not to use external statics. A penny savings on traffic results in long overseas pings, falling off and other unpleasant effects.
