Google Chrome from the phone (iphone) does not open the link in a new window. How to fix?

In google chrome from the phone, the tab opens and immediately closes. Shown in history as recently closed. In safari and Yandex browser everything works ok.

If you remove target="_blank" everything becomes ok, and the link opens, but in the same window.
