Google calendar ignores event end time when ics web subscription, how to get around?

The application gives ical a web feed for importing events into external calendars.
If you download the ics file itself, you can see that the events contain the start time and end time:

If this file is imported manually by Google Calendar, then the time of the event will be processed normally.
If you subscribe to the calendar via the web, then these events are designated "All day".
In iCloud, Outlook calendar, everything works as expected. But there are a couple of employees with androids and I would like to set everything up for them in the native calendar.
