Google Authenticator in Ubuntu. Doesn't work in lightdm

Good day to all. Comrades, tell me, please, what I'm setting up wrong.
I decided to set up a bunch of Google Authenticator and lightdm. Found a step by step guide for doing this here
However doesn't work. That is, if I write a line auth required pam_google_authenticator.so nullokin /etc/pam.d, then I log into the system immediately after entering the password, without asking for a Google code, but if I simply enter it, auth required pam_google_authenticator.sothen after entering the password I get a message that the wrong password was entered.
lightdm from kubuntu 13.10 doesn't support this functionality, or am I missing something?

@saibaneko

In ubuntu 13.10 everything works fine, it looks like it's just a kubuntu bug, unfortunately
