Google Apps Script where to start learning?

Good day.
Please tell me the materials (video and text) from which you can start learning JavaScript in order to further apply it in the development of add-ons in Google Apps Script. (most of the materials that I find are focused either on developing a site or working in node.js)
Ideally, materials in which a large number of cases are analyzed in detail (50-60% of practice to theory)
Perhaps there are Russian-language training materials directly on Google Apps Script?
Links to examples of implementing typical cases using Google Apps Script are welcome.
JavaScript knowledge level is average/below average (no js development practice, only as a hobby)
