Good literature on MonoTouch?

Good day, dear ones.
I decided to switch from ASP.NET MVC to iOS app development. Somehow I don’t want to leave my native sharp, so my choice fell on MonoDevelop (MonoTouch). Advise, please, suitable literature (preferably in Russian), for studying from the very beginning. On OZONE, a choice from one book.

Honestly studied separately .Net, iOs separately. It's easier and more efficient that way. Without knowing what all your code is pouring into, it would be more difficult to write. And knowing this and that, monotouch starts with examples in a week.
