Good hosting ~4cpu 8+ram?

Hello!
Requirements - 2+ cores (preferably 4) 8 + GB of RAM. Desired budget - 1-1.5K / month
Now I use a low-end machine from chipcore (celeron 2 threads, 8GB of RAM) for ~ 1K and very much rests on the
CPU on 8 xeon threads, the results are comparable to 2 celeron threads = \
bare piece of iron or VM is not important
I ask for advice
