I want to start learning C#. Are there any good Russian language C# courses for beginners? Advise who looked and what is better. Thanks in advance! :)

If it’s completely for beginners, then I recommend the book “C# for Dummies” (Muller John Paul) 2019. It provides the basics of the language from scratch, no programming experience is required.
There are also 2 good free video courses on YouTube:

• Learning the C# language for beginners - the total duration is currently 19.5 hours + new video tutorials are released regularly.

• First read "The C# 7 Programming Language and the .NET and .NET Core Platforms | Troelsen Andrew, Japiks Philip" , although there are fresh editions in English, but in Russian so far only this release)
  
• C# lessons (Programming is easy) be sure to watch these lessons! Here is material for intermediates ++, so without basic knowledge, lectures will either scare away or confuse. But the material is very strong and fundamental.
