Good afternoon. There is a need to receive lists of user groups through the ESIA. How to request two access tokens in sequence?

There is a task to make authorization through ESIA. (Authentication and identification are already working). Authorization is carried out through the ESIA groups. To get a specific user, you need to get a list of organizations, and then request an access token on the scope with the organization id parameter. Everything seems to work fine, I get the client's data, a list of his organizations, but when I try to get an access token on a scope with a list of groups, an error occurs: the timestampt parameter is not set, although it is present in the request. In those support they said that it is necessary to request a new authorization code. According to the documentation, I could not determine which rest request and with what parameters this can be done. Does anyone have experience in obtaining user groups through the ESIA.
We work with ESIA via OAuth2.
