Very often, on various forums, people write that golang is for people who cannot master heavier languages, but I have never seen anything like this about python. What is the problem with golang?

This is not the most correct classification, I would say. Most likely, someone's subjective opinion.
A programming language is a means of solving problems. Some tasks can be solved more efficiently using one set of technologies, some using another. It depends on many criteria.
As an example, relatively recently, Discord decided to rewrite some of the code in Rust with Go. This does not mean that Rust is better and Go is worse. The guys just measured everything they needed and made a decision. This does not mean that in a similar situation the same solution will work for another project.
