Gmail emails with dkim&spf end up in spam, without coming to inbox. Letters from [email protected] - inbox, [email protected] - spam. How to fix the problem?

This email is in the inbox:

Similarly created 2 mailboxes:
[email protected] , [email protected] . The content of the letters is the same, noreply in spam, admin in inbox.
_______
I used to always think that [email protected] is a box that you shouldn't reply to, automatic mailings like "registration on the site", while these are not mass mailings to add procedure:bulk.
Actually the main questions are:
1) Where did I go wrong? Why such strange behavior and signatures only interfere with delivery?
2) How to properly name mailboxes? Maybe noreply is no longer in vogue? Is a simple [email protected] more efficient?
3) This is not related to this topic, but maybe someone post-scriptum will tell you where to correct dkim & spf signatures so that they capture not only the domain, but its subdomains automatically (for the domain and ALL subdomains).

I took VDS from them 2 weeks ago, only my sites hang on my IP. Lvl3 does not mean IP, but in general a provider, a hoster. It seems to me that there are spammers on any provider. How to do better?

@steff

Faced a similar problem. I use Yandex.PDD to send mail. My IP seems to be clean (checked by "47 bases", it seems on 2ip.ru).
I checked sending to my mailboxes (mail.ru, gmail.com) - everything is ok. Letters to other users are delivered to spam.
I decided to check the domain for "spam databases", it turned out to be clean. But one of the IP addresses for mx.yandex.net hangs in several databases:
