Glossy surface, preparation for photoshop?

Hello!
I don't understand the intricacies of Photoshop. I must say right away that I tried to build something myself, but it turns out so-so.
I need a preset style (layer) so that when applied, a glossy (glassy) surface is obtained. For example, I create a layer with a regular fill, for example black, then I put this blank and to get a black glossy surface.
I looked on the Internet, but something doesn’t give out, all sorts of styles for text and so on. Help who than can: links, examples.
Maybe I'm not looking that way. These textures will be hung on the furniture model, so it needs to look like a glossy surface.

For Photoshop, you will not find what you are looking for. Simply because it doesn't exist. Glossy (and similar) surfaces of different materials have different reflective properties. Polished unpainted metal, glossy plastic, lacquered wood and metal, the glass you mentioned - all will have their own light and shade pattern, based on the lighting and colors of all the surrounding elements and the object itself.
If you work with furniture models made in three-dimensional editors, then there are blanks of various materials. And if you have to retouch photos and you are not familiar with the question, then there is no easy way for a high-quality result. I would say that it does not exist even for a "bluff" result. Study, in fact, retouching and technical design.
