Glitch layout for Android, how to overcome?

Hello everyone, a strange glitch occurs
on the page www.yaidu.ru/weather , and only under the Android browser. The forecast calendar has properties overflow-x: scroll; overflow-y: hidden. They allow you to swipe your finger left and right on this calendar on mobile.
So, on the iPhone, for example, the swipe works as expected, left and right. However, Android browsers allow you to move the calendar a little up and down. Checked on the default browser and on Google Chrome. Calendars behave similarly on the first page of www.yaidu.ru/, on the movie poster www.yaidu.ru/afisha/, i.е. this is a global glitch.
