Gives an error when transferring the site!?

Hello.
There was a problem when transferring the site from local to hosting.
I uploaded the site archive to the hosting, created a database and imported everything from the local area into it.
Next, I unpacked the archive and changed the path in 4 config files: in the root and in the manager, connectors and core folders.
Also in the config file which in the core folder changed the database name, username and password to a new one.
I put the setup folder in the root, reached the step in the installation where you need to enter data about the database, click on "Check the connection to the database server and display a list of available mappings." an error pops up

What is the problem?

update via /setup/ or clear the /core/cache/ directory there may be cached settings.

I got the same error, clearing the cache folder didn't help. Set the username to root and the same as the database name. Any other ideas for solving the problem?
