GitLab CI/CD to Heroku and Hosting?

There is a project in pure php, maintained in GitLab.

I would like to set up the display of the dev version on Heroku, and the master on prod (hosting).
So far, I have only found how to upload the dev version from a computer, or GitHub.

Tell me how to implement this Wishlist, given that this will be my first rendezvous.
