GitLab 5.0 not updating authorized_keys?

Hello.
We use GitLab. Branch 5.0.
When users add ssh keys, they are not automatically added to /home/git/.ssh/authorized_keys.
Have to manually start

bundle exec rake gitlab:shell:setup RAILS_ENV=production

to update the keys.
Maybe someone met or made a fix for 5.0? There are fixes for older versions, but they don't work with the new gitlab-shell.

this is bug 2.9, fixed in gitolite 3
