GitHub pages: what is the time interval for updating information on the server when deleting or adding project files?

Good afternoon!

I somehow already asked for help, with a question about the impossibility of deleting a project. I changed the project structure (middle landing) and the path to the files changed completely, but even after two days, I still opened the site using the old link. The solution was to delete the project, I don’t know if it was a coincidence or not, but at that moment, literally in 30 seconds, changes arrived.
Now, the situation repeats itself, only I have already deleted all the files of this project, but as before, I get access to the site using the old link, although the files are no longer there.

This is not a browser cache, I access the link from various devices where this site has not been opened before.

I just don't understand what's going on here. Really so long the information on the server is updated?
Physically, in the repository, on the github site, the project folder is also not displayed. Comit with removal weighs. Those. all the changes have arrived. Only github pages doesn't know about them.

@Vorfall

I've been working with Pages for a couple of years now,
the longest update I've seen is 3-4 minutes,
check the source for data branches, merge requests, etc.
