Github compare and pull request not working, what should I do?

I'm trying to upload the project to github, posted it on a separate branch, a button appeared, but the files are already in this branch, there is no request for creation and the button does nothing, it just hangs.




What to do? merge I can't do anything I can't do anything at all.

It will be easier for you to delete the repository on github and create it again, this time an empty repository - we will definitely refuse to create any readme and license.
