Github+BaseCamp=???

Good afternoon hackers.

Are there ready-made solutions for integrating github with the new basecamp? Of particular interest is the synchronization of issues and milestones.

PS I am aware that there is an api - but there is no corny time. And I guess I'm not the first person interested in this topic.
