Git stops working when using PhpStorm. Why? How to fix?

I have already spent a lot of working time, I don’t understand what is the reason, I tried everything.
In general, there were problems with cloning via ssh, I demolished everything in order to install fresh versions.
Installed the latest phpstorm, installed the latest git.
I open phpstorm and create a new project VCS-> Git works fine, the project has been created.
And then the troubles begin.
Phpstorm starts using the installed git and the git stupidly crashes.
Tried all the options, the problem is not solved. Tell me who can come across ???
Also, when using the git console - git-bash - segmentation fault

the problem is gone) it was necessary to do git init after the clone :)
