Git not committing folder?

Good afternoon! I'm creating a theme on WordPress, I want to upload it to the repository. I clone the repository on my PC, install git , upload the theme files. Then I go to the console, add everything that is "git add --all", make a commit, push, it does not give any errors. When viewing the repository (on bitbucket) everything is there, except for the folder with my theme, which looks very strange and cannot be opened.

What is it and what to do with it, tell me please?
