Git branch from a specific branch and map the parent to bitbucket?

Good afternoon.
Please tell me what is the problem?
I do:

git checkout -b someName dev
git push origin someName

Bitbucket shows that my branch someName is forked from master even though I explicitly specified dev.
Even if I create a branch in bitbucket and specify to branch from dev

, it still shows that the branch is branched from master
