GIFs and documents not working in messages.send method?

Attaching documents does not work in the messages.send method when sending a message on behalf of a public.
I call it like this: https://api.vk.com/method/messages.send?access_tok...
Tried it like this: doc12345_23443443 and so doc-12345_23443443 and so gif12345_23443443 and even so doc12345_23443443_hash
The document is open and available in the search for VK documents. How to attach documents correctly?
