Ghosts of DHCP rebelled?

I decided to transfer the dhcp server to the Mikrotik router. The old dhcp was spinning on win serv 2008, I turned it off, deleted the role, launched dhcp on Mikrotik. He started distributing ip, everything seems to be kosher, BUT on some PCs (win7), the computer does not apply the settings that dhcp should distribute, moreover, they write that the dhcp server is the one that is already buried.
ipconfig/release and renew didn't help, deleted the network card and reinstalled it, didn't help. The most interesting thing is that the lease time on those computers is up to 2157) tell me how to defeat them
