Getting system data and managing it with python?

Hi everyone
, I'm working on a project here. It is vital for me to operate with all the data about the system (or most of it). It may sound strange, so I will give an example - the version of Windows, the time, the version of the main browser, which modules are included, which ones are included and whether they cost firewood.
PS I’ll say right away that the project is personally mine, and will only run on my PC
. PPS I know that there is a pywin32 library, but I don’t like it a bit and doesn’t meet all my requirements.
