Getting Started with Swift Programming?
Good afternoon
There are desires to learn Swift, but there is no tool in the form of mac.
In the App Store on the ipad I found the Textastic code editor 8 program. The description of the program says that swift syntax is supported. Is it worth trying on this program or saving up for mac. And what are the possibilities to start learning swift without a mac? What budget poppy can I buy to comfortably program in swift?

There is a desire to learn Swift, but there is no tool in the form of a mac.learn online .
You can also learn and write code in Swift on Linux, you can read how to do it. BUT, you still won't be able to create projects for "apple" gadgets, for this you need to have a mac.
I took my first macbook for 20 thousand, it was a 2007 Macbook Air, it was in 2014. I didn’t install Xcode (the development environment itself) because of too weak and old hardware, after I bought a 2011 Macbook Pro and Xcode started up perfectly , but everything sucked. My advice at the moment is to take a Macbook Pro 13 not lower than 2015 or a Macbook Pro 15 not lower than 2013. The budget will be about 60 thousand.
