Getting an education in courses, options?

Hello everyone, please tell me about information security courses. Interested for further retraining from a system administrator to a security guard. Basic requirements (as I understand it): Knowledge of vulnerabilities, cryptography, information security legislation in Russia and abroad, methods for researching and protecting enterprise security.
The choice is between: Pentestit and Geekbrains, I do not consider platforms - intuitive and specialist. The price doesn't matter much within reason. Tell me if it's a good choice and are there other good options?

There are many areas in information security. The choice of courses depends a lot on what exactly you want to do. An audit/pentest is one thing, an information security engineer is another, an architect/infosec manager is a third.
