Getting a city by coordinates in Yandex Google?

On Bitrix, the definition of coordinates looks like this:
1fdcb66bc1864fd08a74589b764da1ec.png
If I enter the name of the city in the search field, it finds it, but when I click on the found city, the beacon is not automatically substituted and the coordinates too.
Attention to the question:
What is a city for maps, is it a point with specific coordinates or is it the limits in which it is located?
This is necessary in order to determine the city by coordinates, because it will not be possible to obtain clear coordinates of a point in Bitrix.
An example of coordinates
54.946088194, 73.3289915234
If you throw off some examples, it will help a lot to understand where to go.
To visually represent this ->
Let's say there is a Yandex map. I move the slider over it and it shows me the name of the city.
