Get the full list of users who liked a post on instagram?

Is there a way on Instagram to get the full list (>1000) of users who have liked a particular post? Known libraries (mgp25) only have a method that returns the last 1000 users without pagination. The Web api (graphql) has pagination, but it produces even less.

No, there are restrictions on the web version.
The only option is to use an emulator like appium and parse with it. It works for subscribers, but I'm not sure about likes.
