Get GUI source from WAR file?

Hello.
The site/program is mine. Got a bit confused with the files and seems to have added a bit of extra and wrong stuff to the GUI of the site. I want to roll back the changes and take normally working HTML / JS files directly from WAR (and exactly the necessary files are there). I know WAR is just a zip file. I have a strong feeling that everything should be normal, but I just wanted to clarify, what if there are some subtleties that I did not take into account?
