Get a list of all available Telegram chats?

I am writing a bot for telegram. I want to add a mailing list to all users who have ever written to the bot. Is it possible to somehow get a list of all available chats that the bot can write to?
I use pyrogram library.

That's not possible right away. In a good way, you need to start the database from the very beginning and enter all new ones there, focusing on the /start command
