1) There are a dozen web studios in the city, like do they show themselves better? How can I get an internship with them?
2) Freelance, 2 orders completed, but for now I want to gain "strength", after learning the above skills, is it worth continuing to freelance?
3) How to develop as a novice web developer? I read similar questions, but I feel like I'm missing something.

You need to be able to do what the employer needs at the moment.
Regarding IT: you determine the direction of employment and gain experience, practice and knowledge using your free time, brain and the Internet.

1) No way! The employer, even for a trial period, takes someone and not a reader of smart books.
2) Necessarily and not only in the internet. You can go to any cafe, minimarket to find out if they have a website, if not, study their products or services and simply roll up the "business card website", as you see.
2.2.) Your project can be hosted on any free hosting, for example galina.ga , leaving your imprint on a site like "composed by me: tel ***"
Training and advertising for you.
2.3.) notify the director that you opened the site for them, and if they have "suggestions for improvement" then 2.4.
2.4) take payment for professional hosting, for your services and for "project management"
//so you will understand the main principle of the web technologist: communication with the client. And at the same time you will really see your strength. If the client does not agree to pay or supplement, then you did BAD. rare, but "too good is also bad."
3) lack of practice. the theory is good, but when the client says I need it like this, but for it to be and how it is , you will have to rely only on your experience, and not on ready-made answers. You should catch the desire of the client, and not show him your skill.

The smaller the studio, the less criteria it has. Well, except for the smallest - there you work in all areas, qualifications are needed.
But if the studio consists of 5-10 people, they will take you. If you don’t spend a lot of money, you will pump.
For so many studios - your skills - very even.
