Gentoo Binary, how?

Good afternoon to all connoisseurs of this wonderful distribution.
The question arose of making binary assemblies in order to distribute them to other computers on the network without the need for assembly. There is a server with Gentoo, it seems like they say that you need to make binaries through chroot inside the system.
Who had experience? Who has something to share? I really need it, please.
