Gentlemen, what is the best way to translate the expression “soft error” into Russian?

The essence of the phenomenon is that a flying particle (alpha, neutron, etc.) can cause spontaneous switching of the transistor, which will lead to an error in the operation of the node.
Google and the authors of the found articles are called differently:
1. "Soft error / failure" - too bluntly.
2. Temporary error / failure - after the flight, it may remain the same.
3. Repairable failure.
4. Random failure.
5. Irregular error.

As an option, use the translation from GOST 25868-91 “Peripheral equipment for information processing systems. Terms and definitions” (“ intermittent error ”, paragraph 122 in the referenced document). And give the English term in brackets.

Better "Random failure". But it is better to recognize such errors - as a rule, duplicate systems are introduced for this, which cannot be mistaken at the same time.
