Gdb auto stepping command?

When I tried GDB for the first time, I copied from somewhere a command that executed the code, step by step, but with a delay for each step.

Then I decided to find the same command, but it is nowhere to be found, in the history I have a billion requests for GDB.

PS: Well, it can't be that I have a shiza, and there was no command.
