Gathered a team. We plan to work remotely. There is a running site, on a regular paid hosting, to which only I have access so far. And I don’t personally know the programmers whom I gathered, I don’t want to give them full access to the site code.
How can I give and share a certain task (write a plugin, etc.) to programmers and plus without giving them full access to the site code?

If you do not want to give full access, or set a clear and as specific task as possible (layout according to such and such a psd, write such and such a plugin with such and such tasks, implement such and such a script, etc.), or do everything yourself. And yes, you will have to collect these tasks together if you still do not give someone access.
